Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a refund within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of the initial subscription purchase.
After the 10-day period has passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including partial usage, non-usage, cancellation, or dissatisfaction after the allowed refund period.
Subscription Cancellations
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles; however:
- Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund.
- Refunds are only considered if requested within the 10-day refund period.
- After 10 days from the subscription start date, all payments are non-refundable.

- Proof of payment or transaction reference

Processing Time
Approved refunds may take between 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the customer’s payment provider or banking institution.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Requests made after 10 calendar days
- Failure to use the service
- Change of mind after the refund window
- Violations of our terms of service
- Service interruptions caused by third-party providers beyond our control
