Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of the initial subscription purchase.

After the 10-day period has passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including partial usage, non-usage, cancellation, or dissatisfaction after the allowed refund period.

Subscription Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles; however:

  • Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds are only considered if requested within the 10-day refund period.
  • After 10 days from the subscription start date, all payments are non-refundable.

To request a refund within the eligible period, customers must contact Busy Signals support with:

  • Subscription email address
  • Proof of payment or transaction reference
  • Reason for the refund request

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take between 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the customer’s payment provider or banking institution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Requests made after 10 calendar days
  • Failure to use the service
  • Change of mind after the refund window
  • Violations of our terms of service
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers beyond our control
